Hi, guys! I think this is a really good idea. I've just got a couple of suggestions:
1. Set up a place where people can offer ideas of different challenges (limit the number for each week probably) and let people vote for their faviourate.
2. Creat a video podcast for each of you guys (the actors), so people can get to know you a bit better.
I think the characteristic of the actors could be really important and the "Guest person" idea is really great in term of involving different people and creating constant interest. More things could probably be developed in this area.
It sounds like I know a lot, but actually these are just some of my opinions. You can decide on whether they are useful or not.

thank you for your suggestions. they sound very good to me. a BAIM webcast will be uploaded tomorrow...what this is all about and how it works etc., but we can certainly expand on each character over the time.
if you want to become a guest character, let us know, sounds like you wanne go for it;)

I agree with Huan, this is good idea and lets hope it's the first of many ideas to come out of the IMS team this year.
Is there any way of getting the comments section on the main blog page?? Just making it a little easier to see what people have to say..? just an idea.
